The staff at Ethnography - Gion Furumonzen went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional, especially Sataku, who went out of her way to assist me. The hotel's location is perfect, just yards away from the historical Gion area and close to the subway. The free smartphone provided during my stay was a great bonus for navigating the city. I highly recommend this boutique hotel for its excellent facilities, friendly staff, and central location.
